We gladly accept returns and exchanges:
- Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 14-day — EU and PR buyers can return any item within 14 days, no questions asked 

We don't accept cancellations
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of the items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:

1. Custom or personalized orders
2. Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons like earrings)
3. Items on sale or bought with a coupon discount

To care for your quartz and minerals, gently clean them with a soft cloth or rinse with lukewarm water. Avoid harsh chemicals, prolonged sunlight, or extreme temperatures, as these can affect their appearance. Store them in a soft pouch or separate compartments to prevent scratches.
