Allow me to recount my journey. In 2022, I confronted a profoundly difficult period that brought me to the edge of despair. It was an unexpected crisis that exacerbated my existing mental health conditions—Recurring Severe Major Depression and Anxiety Disorders. Yet, amidst the darkness, I found a glimmer of hope. I woke up, tears streaming down my face, realizing that I needed professional help. With determination, I reached out to a Mental Health Institution, sought their care, and embarked on a transformative journey.

Since that pivotal moment, my life has undergone a profound transformation. I made significant changes—a new psychiatrist, altered medications, a different psychologist, even a lighter hair color. I prioritized my physical and mental well-being, revamped my diet and exercise routines, shifted my career, and devoted more time to my children. 

One powerful tool that greatly aided both myself and my clients is the power of gemstones, quartz and crystals. These tangible reminders empower individuals, instilling a sense of capability, value, love, strength, and blessings.
